Gloomy weekend here in Northwest Ohio. We did manage to get out and do some birding both Saturday and Sunday. Overcast days make for crappy pictures, especially with birds. They tend to be camera shy. Low light and fast subject matters means blurry pictures. Here are some of the better ones.
We made the rounds - Woodlawn Cemetery, Toussaint Wildlife Area, Magee Marsh and Ottawa National Wildlife Preserve. 47 species seen over two days, with 7 new life birds, plus a few animals thrown in. I'd call it a success, even if I didn't get that many decent pics. Have a great week.
