Lake Natoma - Negro Bar

We went out to Lake Natoma today so "E" and Abbey could go kayaking. It was a great day for it, with 70 degree weather and a slight breeze. The dog and I hiked around the edge of the lake, while the girls had fun on the water.

Family Weekend

Had a great weekend with both sides of the wifes family!

Journey's Backyard BBQ Tour

On Saturday the Boy and I headed over to the Mall for Journey's Backyard BBQ Tour. Make no mistake, this was not a cooking event. This was a skateboard, bicycle, and motorcycle extravaganza. The Metal Mulisha motorcycle team was on hand for some high-flying X-Game style displays of freestyle motocross. The DC skate team and the BMX guys were demo-ing some great tricks. We had a lot of fun!!

Beautiful Weekend

So I have nothing to report other than it was a beautiful weekend. With weather in the 80's in Northern California, the Boy and I went fishing. We didn't catch any thing but it still was an awesome time.

We stayed till after sundown, had a few bites, but no takers.
